Hamdard Public School Lahore was established in 1999 inspired by the educational philosophy, vision and progressive ideas of Shaheed-e-Pakistan, Hakim Mohammad Said whose very name brings to mind the philanthropic tradition in establishing a series of institutions, like Hamdard Foundation, Madinat-ul-Hikma and Hamdard University. The educational as well as social services they render are unprecedented and rightly ensure an enlightend future of Pakistan. We, HPS feel proud to be one of them. Hakim Sahib’s vision is not only a strategic plan for us that functions like a road map but it is more thn that. It is compass that points us the direction to be taken, that inspires enthusiasm and allows us to take part in shaping the way to social service.

Mission Statement

Inspired by the educational philosophy, vision and progressive ideas of Hakim Muhammad Said, Hamdard Public School aims to provide quality education at an extremely affordable cost. Providing education in both Matric and O level streams, we have not only established high standards in education but also in personality development of the students. Over the years, our students have achieved wonders not only in the field of education but also in co and extra-curricular activities.

We aim to maintain and improve even further the standards that we have set to serve the students who cannot afford unreasonable high fee of other schools. Our vision is not only a strategic plan for us that functions like a road map but it is a compass that points us the direction to be taken, that inspires enthusiasm and allows us to take part in shaping the way to social service.

Rules & Regulations

Discipline is a part and parcel of any educational system. In this regard, we have devised certain rules and regulations to be adhered to strictly by every student.

  1. Students have to attend school with great punctuality. Absentees without a genuine reason shall be fined.
  2. Students must maintain strict discipline in conduct and behavior. Violation of discipline shall be punished with a fine. Gross violations can lead to a student’s expulsion from school.
  3. Students have to wear the prescribed school uniform that must be neat and clean.
  4. The use of abusive language by students is strictly prohibited and liable to severe punishment.
  5. The use of the mobile phone is not allowed. Students are warned against bringing mobile phones to school. If a student is found carrying a cell phone, it will be taken by the school authorities and shall be returned to his/her parents after a heavy fine.
  6. Any damage to the school property by a student will be seriously taken note of. The student guilty of this will be fined, depending on the extent of damage caused.
